Due to the global situation affected by COVID-19, delays for overseas delivery are being expected from 2 weeks to 1 month.

In addition, we would like to inform you in advance that the following four countries have stopped general EMS delivery and are currently unable to use the service until it resumes.

(1) Australia

(2) Taiwan

(3) Japan (outside Osaka and Tokyo)

(4) Macau

We ask for your kind understanding. Due to the daily changing situation we are unable to provide an estimated date when it may resume.

As an alternative to the general EMS service, Premium EMS is still available for the countries listed above, however, an additional fee will be charged.

The additional fee for the Premium EMS varies

Once we receive the email we will provide you a follow up email that includes more specific details regarding Premium EMS service within 1~3 business days.

If we do not receive an email we will assume that you prefer to continue using the general EMS and we will hold on to the order until the general EMS delivery resumes.

We are closely monitoring the courier service’s updates, however, we ask that you take these conditions into consideration before purchasing.

Due to our policy, we ONLY accept cancellations made within 24hours since purchase.
