You can check your membership level by logging in to your account -> “My Shopping” -> “Purchase Level”
Membership level changes according to the cumulative amount of the actual payment for the last 36 month (based on the 1st of each month).
* ex) Based on 2019/06/01 : accumulated amount of actual payment from 2016/06/01 ~ 2010/05/03.,
* Actual payment amount : all payments excluding discounts ( coupons/ membership level discount/ membership level discount through mileage etc…) and cancellation / returns.
* Membership benefits do not apply to non-members/ Naver Pay/ offline purchases.
* Discounts cannot be used in conjunction with sales/promotions.
* Free shipping applies only to domestic shipping.
* Membership mileage cannot be refunded in cash and cannot be transferred to others.
* All mileages/discount and membership benefits will automatically expire upon deactivation and cannot be retrieved.
