How to join

Click on the [Sign Up] link and complete the form in order to create your account. Once your account is created, you can immediately benefit from our membership privileges such as discounts and reward credits. Also, it saves you all the hassle of filling out your billing and shipping information every time you place an order since you can save your information securely on our site.

How to order

Order is processed as below:
Step 1: Search for products.
Step 2: Add products to your shopping cart.
Step 3: Log in with a member ID or non-member order.
Step 4: Fill in the order form.
Step 5: Proceed with payment.
Step 6: Complete the order and you will see the order number.


Plating and Surface Treated Products
Please take into consideration that all plated metal products will discolor naturally over time.
Please pay attention to the precautions and storage methods listed below.
-After wearing, wipe the surface of the product with a soft cloth so that there are no foreign substances such as cosmetics, sweat, or moisture.
-Always keep it clean in a sealed condition such as a plastic zipper bag to minimize discoloration.
-Please avoid humid environments. Humidity will stimulate discoloration.   
-Please avoid using 925 Silver cloth or any silver cleaning solutions for plated or any surface treated products.

925 Silver
925 Silver is particularly vulnerable to water, sweat, and moisture, so please avoid it in such conditions.
To prevent discoloration, keep it in a sealed, airtight environment, such as a plastic zipper bag.
Discoloration in silver is a natural phenomenon, so when discoloration occurs, rub it gently with a 925 silver cloth or use a silver cleaning solution.
For any surface treated 925 silver products, please do not use 925 Silver cloth or silver cleaning solutions.

Faux Pearl
Faux pearls are replacements of natural pearls.
They are preferred in designs that require pearls to be uniform in shape, color, and size.
They are popular for those who value practicality because there is no burden on wearing it.

Freshwater Pearls
Freshwater pearls are natural pearls that cannot be the same in shape, size, and color.
The surface may be uneven and due to its natural characteristics, some black spots, pits, and blemishes may be visible.
For those who are sensitive to form, size, details etc… please be cautious as it is a characteristic of fresh water pearls.
Natural pearls can be easily damaged if it is attached to the product by prongs or metal setting methods. Hence, instead, special adhesive is used to set the pearls.
Since, the pearls aren’t attached using prongs or other metal setting methods, there is a risk for the pearls to detach from the products when an external shock is applied. Also, please be aware that the special adhesive can be weakened in heat therefore, there is also a chance for the pearls to disassemble with heat.

Because gemstones are natural components, please be aware that the patterns, textures, and colors may vary for each production.
Please be aware that due to the natural characteristics of gemstones, the pattern, texture, and color may differ from the photo we provided. For those you are sensitive, please consider carefully.

    Important: Your order is shipped once your payment has been cleared. Please contact our customer service center if you would like to request an exchange or return on your order.

    - Customs and Duties

    The recipient will be held responsible for international shipments which may be subject to import duties and taxes. Please be advised that these charges are levied by the destination country and we do not have control over them. In the case that the recipient refuses to receive the parcel, the order will be returned to Korea and will not be re-shipped. Relevant expenses (round-trip shipping, customs, etc.) will be deducted from the refund.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of custom – made products, please allow us 10 ~ 14 business days to process your order.

Once your order is in the progress of production, options (color, size, style etc…) cannot be modified/ and your order cannot be cancelled/exchanged/refunded. *Some individuals may have allergic reactions to metal or plated products hence, we do not recommend those who are sensitive to metallic products or those who have concerns for such conditions. * Metal in nature may have a scent that may be peculiar to some customers. We do not recommend it to those who are sensitive to scent or those who have concerns about such conditions. * Please take into consideration that all plated metal products will discolor naturally over time. However, we do understand that this may be a concern to some customers hence, we do not recommend purchasing for those who are concerned about discoloration.

COVID – 19: Please take into consideration that due to the CoronaVirus, international delivery can be put on hold or can be delayed. Our customer service monitors the courier availability regularly hence please contact us if you have any concerns relating to delays or the status of your order.


Due to the nature of custom – made products, please take into consideration that we only accept cancellations or order modifications within the first 24 hours after your order has been placed.

Please take into considerations that all our products are custom made therefore, we do not accept refunds. * Packaging removal, worn/used products cannot be exchanged or refunded. * Please note that reasons for exchange/ refunds does not apply to fine scratches, blowholes on the surface, color, tone, size etc… conditions of natural stones



If defects occur and the product has not been worn, please contact us within 7 days from the receipt of your order.

It is our policy to make direct exchanges (exchange to the same product, size, color) for items with defects.

All shipments costs due to defects will be covered by us.

Refunds and exchange can be denied if customers insist on minor differences for the purpose of exchange or return, or if we notice any abuse in our policy. [Product Care]

If warpage occurs, apply slight force with your hand to reshape the shape. * Please avoid environments with excessively high or low temperature. * Please avoid humind enviornments. Humidity will stimulate discoloration. * Please avoid contact with perfume/ sprayers/blow dryers. * Please be aware that stones/ cubic zirconia/ pearls or chains can be disconnected if external shock is applied.




It takes 3-5 business days to issue a refund for a returned or cancelled order.
Please be advised that your refund may not be processed until the next billing month depending on your credit card issuer's billing schedule.


Pending period for reward store credit:
Your reward store credit issued from orders will be added to your account and stay as Pending for 20 days from delivery before validation to compensate time for exchange or returns. Meanwhile, you are free to spend your available store credit balance.

If you pay for your order with store credit, you are required to spend a minimum store credit of #min_mileage.”
The maximum store credit you can spend on one order is “max_mileage.”

Cancellation of store credit:
Pending credit issued from orders will be automatically cancelled on cancellation or return of the relevant order. Your store credit will be cancelled if you close your account. Also, your store credit will expire if there is no newly issued store credit for three years.
